You can receive your order at the address you specify. Delivery times vary between 2 to 4 working days in mainland Portugal and 5 working days in the rest of the world. Due to customs issues and carrier limitations, the delivery time may be longer than usual.

Store Delivery: Store deliveries are free.

Free delivery on orders over 100 € to mainland Portugal.

Our exchanges and returns are easy and free. If something is not to your liking, you must indicate your intention to return it to the email hello@dressbyely.store and send it back to our address.

The return must be made within the next 14 working days from the date of receipt of the order. The products must be sent in perfect condition, (not used or washed, with their interior labels and without arrangements). All return and reshipment costs will be borne by the buyer. We are not responsible for the loss of any order.

Note: You can always make the exchange in store.

The refund will be made upon receipt of your return at our warehouse. It will be made by the same payment method used in your order and within 3 to 14 working days, after we have received your return.

Dress by Ely reserves the right to refuse returns sent or communicated after the return deadline, or if the items are not in the same condition in which they were received.
